I am a Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist with over twenty years of experience in clinical practice, teaching, and supervision. My work is grounded in an integrative and relational understanding of the self — one that recognises how our personal histories, attachments, and wider social contexts intertwine.
I have worked across diverse clinical and educational settings, and am registered with the HCPC, BPS, and UKCP. Alongside my private practice, I have taught and supervised extensively within psychotherapy training and research.

My Approach

Therapy and supervision are, for me, relational processes of reflection and discovery.
I am interested in how the stories we live by — personal, familial, and cultural — shape the ways we love, work, and find meaning. My approach combines depth and containment with curiosity and respect for complexity.
The aim is not only to alleviate difficulty but to open a space where understanding and transformation become possible.
