Couples Therapy
I offer a reflective space for couples who want to engage with the deeper relational patterns that keep them stuck. You may be facing recurrent conflict, a breach of trust, a life-stage transition, or a growing sense of distance that feels difficult to bridge.

Who I work with
– Couples experiencing conflict or crisis
– Couples navigating transitions or life changes
– Couples who love each other but feel distant, disconnected, or caught in recurring patterns

What happens in therapy
We look at how each partner’s personal history, early attachments, and relational expectations shape the life of the couple today.
Through this understanding, partners can begin to recognise the emotional loops that keep them apart and practise new ways of relating in the room.

Drawing on an integrative framework — combining relational psychoanalytic, attachment-based, and embodied approaches — I help partners rebuild trust, repair ruptures, strengthen communication, and reconnect. I also help couples look at what's possible between them, whether that means finding new forms of connection or reaching clarity about separation.

Sessions take place online and are available in 60- or 75-minute formats, allowing fuller exploration of the relational process.

Why this approach
In the sessions we don’t just talk about problems but work through what remains unspoken or unconsciously repeated.
By bringing awareness into real-time interaction, partners begin to experience one another differently — creating space for empathy, honesty, and genuine change.
