Arrangements and Fees

I offer short and long term therapies for adult clients. These are typically

£150, 50-minute sessions held weekly. I have slots reserved for clients who may need reduced or staggered fees if affordability is a concern.

These are typically weekly 60-minute sessions, starting at £180.

Frequency and duration may vary, depending on the nature of the work.

I offer 50-minute individual supervision sessions, tailored to where you are in your professional journey and to the specific challenges you bring. I also run 90-minute group supervision sessions, providing a collaborative and supportive space for shared reflection and growth.
