Why People Seek Therapy
People come to therapy for many reasons — to make sense of anxiety or depression, to work through loss or trauma, or to navigate crises in life, work, or relationships. Some arrive at a crossroads or find themselves struggling with commitment, intimacy, or direction in their lives. Others seek a space to reflect on identity, belonging, or recurring patterns that feel hard to shift. These are some of the reasons people come to therapy; the work can begin wherever you are.

How I Work
My approach brings together psychoanalytic, relational, and attachment-based perspectives, with attention to embodied experience and to the impact of culture, history, and power.
Together we create a reflective and containing space where what has been unseen or unheard can begin to take form, allowing for deeper understanding and the possibility of change.
Sessions are 50-minutes and are available in London and online.
